Community volunteer

We are always looking for energetic, friendly and passionate people to support us in a variety of ways out and about in our local community, helping us spread the word about the great work we do and raising vital funds.

From marshalling at events and manning stands to bag packing in supermarkets this is a fun role and perfect for those who like to meet new people and experience different things all whilst raising vital funds for a great charity.

It's also totally flexible so can fit around your free time and personal commitments - a few hours a month or even a year, all adds up to help us achieve so much more from our community in terms of engagement and fundraising. 

You can help in a number of ways

• Helping at events in a variety of ways from manning stands, selling merchandise, bag packing, collecting at events, cheering participants on at events, marshalling and/or giving out prizes and medals.
• Collection Box Coordinator Volunteer – emptying and replacing collection boxes/tins on our behalf, a few hours each month in your local community.
• Fundraising Group Member – to assist us in starting up a fundraising group in your local area to create a local event, to meet as required, working together to recruit family, friends, colleagues and/or the community.
