UMC Architects win Newark Dragon Boat Race 2022

UMC Architects are crowned the 2022 champions of this year's Newark Dragon Boat Race.

Newark Dragon Boat Festival is a community fundraising event that we co-host with Beaumond House Hospice.

34 teams made up of businesses and organisations competed against each other to get climb the leader board. You can view the race results here.

Thank you so much to everyone with was involved in this year’s Newark Dragon Boat Festival. We are delighted with the support we have received from teams, stalls, entertainment, event partners, suppliers and of course, all the local families that came down to attend the event.

We love to help bring the local community together, but we can’t do it alone. We are privileged to work with such great businesses and people all year round so it’s nice to give something back and put on a great day for everyone to enjoy.

Of course, this is a fundraising event, and although we haven’t finalised our overall total, I’m sure we have raised an amazing amount of money for both charities.
