Charity Skydive - April 24th and September 4th 2022 Are you a thrill-seeker looking for your next challenge? Then why not sign up to take part in our freefall skydive - the ultimate thrill and you get to help the CBC raise vital funds? Fundraising is key allowing us to be able to continue the work that we do and we have a variety of events that take place throughout the year that you can take part in. Some are things that the whole family can take part in, such as our Daisy Remembrance Event at Newark Castle and others are for the more adventurous, such as the skydive! If you decide to take part, then you'll be harnessed to the front of a fully qualified parachuting instructor when you exit the plane from 14,000ft. You'll experience an adrenaline packed freefall reaching terminal velocity at 120mph, followed by approximately 5 minutes flying gently to the ground under the parachute. It really is the ultimate thrill of a lifetime.! The skydive takes place on April 24th and September 4th at Langar airfield and there is a minimum fundraising amount, but support will be provided.
