Age Requirement: The child or young person must be aged 3–18.

Location Requirement: They MUST live in Nottinghamshire, Lincoln City, or the Kesteven districts of Lincolnshire.

Important Note: If the child or young person lives outside these areas, you should use the Signposting Guide instead of completing a referral.

What we Offer

We work with children and young people aged between 3 and 18 in a number of ways to provide them with the support that's right for them.
Pre-Bereavement Support

We also work with children who have someone close to them who have been given a terminal diagnosis.
Telephone Advice

If you are concerned about a child or young person affected by bereavement or terminal illness, we have trained advisors who will call you as soon as possible following your initial enquiry.
Support for Schools

Sometimes a death can effect a whole group of children, so we also work with schools to help staff provide support for their children.
